Mortal Kombat X mobile Crashing on start up

I've been having problems with MKX mobile crashing from the sub zero loading screen. Haven't been able to play it since begining of February- hoping for an update soon. Anybody else having MKX mobile issues?

I have something like that now and again. Clears up if I uninstall and reinstall the app.

I thought of that but I don't want to lose my progress or anything I aquired in the game

if you save to the cloud your account you won't lose anything.

This. I've played on multiple different Android devices and as long as I've saved to the cloud, and re-login with the same email and password attached to the profile, I get everything back every time.
