Tanya - Revised Outfit

Artist's Remarks:

The pose is from the render of Anna Williams from Tekken: Blood Vengeance. Tanya's outfit is mainly inspired from her MK: Armageddon main outfit with a bit of the design from her MK4 outfit. I also kept a few of my design choices from another Tanya artpiece of mine, like the little cape attached to the bangles on her arms, and I also added two magic orbs hovering around her, as I''d like for Tanya to be more a sorceress kind of character in the games.

Although I've never really been a fan of hers, I really liked her Deception design. Great that you took a lot of influence from that costume (and hairstyle) while also making her look more exotic and Edenian, as well as giving her purple pupils (the whited-out eyes never suited her at all!). Awesome work.

Agreed. The Deception costume was fantastic. I like the hose you added and the necklace is a great touch. One could assume that's her equivalent of Shinnok's medallion or Subby's? I like the concept if she takes the sorceress approach.

Her hairstyle reminds me of "The Dark Crystal's" Elfling characters haha.

Her necklace is nothing as powerful, but I could imagine it would be magical somehow. Perhaps it is the amulet that allows her to make the orbs. :P

Yeah, I wanted something to break away from all the yellow and black, and since I want her purple flames back in MKX, I thought it would be cool to add a bit of purple in her outfit as well. :P
