Not bad, not bad at all. I really like the concept and how the walkway mysteriously leads into the sun.

Great job, wait a minute, last post 2003????? WTF? This has to be the biggest bump ever. Seriously though the background is not symmetrical and looks like someone drank ten bottles of Pepto-Bismol and vomitted on the background. I don't know if you were trying to create a MK3 fake or a MK2 fake but regardless it needs work. Even though you probably haven't even visited the site in 5 years!!!

This picture looks great.

I'm not too impressed with this picture to be honest. Aside from the background, which the original poster didn't make, there are issues with the picture.
For starters, I'm not a fan of the MK2/MK3 blend. It just doesn't work when bringing Sektor into what's meant to be an MK2 scene and everything just references MK2.
Also, given the way the arms are shown and how Jax's shoulders are burned, it leads one to believe that Sektor first burned his arms, than ripped them off... Which is like Jax's own arm-rip fatality, just with fire added. Nothing truly creative there.
The floating monk in the background? Why's he just there? The other monks in similar stages are placed to observe the match at some key point, like in front of a portal, or in the background with a few others, or in front something that draws your attention, but just having this one in such a random spot seems useless to me and a waste of space.
The comment from the creator states MK3, but aside from Sektor, the Fatality logo, and "Push Start" over Jax's life bar (speaking of which, where's Sektor's win counter?), there's nothing from MK3. Why bother with that reference?
The Dragon symbols indicating Sektor's wins are not properly aligned, a little thing, but noticeable, and they aren't even where they should be (play any MK game and you'll know they are not next to the run meter). Too easy to fix to ignore. The Fatality logo's also too high and too much to the left. Come on, is it so hard to straighten it a bit to polish the picture up?
Why is it that when people usually bump stuff, it's crap from users who're no longer here? Makes the whole rating of the art useless when they won't ever improve.

Look at my response up there, such an ignorant ass I was at 13. heh This fake is terrible compared to todays standards, but back in 2003, being 13 using most likely paint, this wasn't half bad. Oh yeah, better late than never, credit goes to Murdoink for the background. : p
