It's a great job you did. The shading looks too smudged I feel. When I was zooming in, I noticed that the smudges broke the outer lines of the figure. If you were using Photoshop to do this(which I gather), try to stay with the solid lines. It's takes time, but with your work I feel you'll get the hang of it.

Nice piece. 4/5

the right pectoral looks a little funny, there should be a little more spacing between it and the right bicep.
