Done by using XNALara to create the base image and HEAVY editing on Photoshop CS6 to make it better looking. (since XNALara sucks when it comes to realistic renders.)

This is my very first attempt at using Photoshop to make renders look better, since Blender is too demanding for my sweet potato :( I also got some other renders on the way soon enough that I intend to edit in a similar fashion, but I'm open for feedback if any.
