How can you possibly hate your drawing skills?! If I drew that, I would be so arrogent! But I have to stick to cute little turtles with bubble pipes and top hats while you draw a hot chick with a kick ass costume and pose! DAMN YOU!

Wow, that's great, I like it.

Overall its good. I don't really care for anything below he waist, he legs are a little weird. Also her arms seem strange, almost raised. The face and the hair are really good.

I have to agree, and add that I think her entire body is beautifully rendered; although you could stand to work on your hands some more :) I know they're hard to master, but that's why you gotta get going on 'em!

Mileena's my favorite character, and wow, you really do her justice; I like her MK2 look, and you actually made it better.

This is the BEST Mileena fan art I've ever seen. Great job!

On the whole, it's very well done.

Has a very "Manga" type styling to it, don't know if that's what you were going for, but seems like it though.

The few things that would make it look better that I've found:

1) Placement and holding of the Sai.

Usually Sai are held between the first two fingers of a hand if done in a grip, or the index finger along the middle prong.
The way you have them placed in-between the two sets of fingers would be quite uncomfortable in reality.

2) Her arms are *almost* but not quite proportionate in length to what they should be. From judging the length as is, her hands would rest closer to her hips than near her knees where they normally should be.
Even drawing in Manga style with longer legs (as it seems here) her arms would be a bit extended to match up.

3) Her lower leg structure. It seems disproportionate and as if her leg bones are warped or even broken. There would be more of an inward or concave curve to the leg bones there.

As to great things about it:

The Manga styling! Very well done in this respect overall.

The Shading is really well done, good use of light sourcing in your work.

Good attention to detail, and the drawing is very cleanly done. Crisp and nice to look at.

Her hair with individual strands and length taken into consideration is also really good.

Hope to see you do more in the future.
