Amazing. At first I thought those were scanlines trying to emulate an arcade cabinet look but yea the marks are way too obtrusive and detract from the incredible quality of this piece. Great sprite work, Kitana especially and the action is well executed. The floating castle in the background and corpse on the spike pillars just makes everything more interesting to look at. This is FPK quality so I wonder what you have up your sleeves for the real thing.

This could have been FPK worthy, but I had already revealed so many pieces to various people, including VenoMark, that it would have "broken the rules" in a sense.

I haven't even begun my FPK, which is pretty bad considering I am the host.............. I am contemplating what I want to do and undoubtedly overthinking it all.

I think it happens when the Kompetition tends to be on the longer side. I'm pretty much done with my entry now but will hold off on submitting until we're towards the deadline. I say next FPK we just shadow drop it and give 3 weeks for sign ups and 3 weeks to create the entry which should be plenty of time if we all start on it soon after the announcement.
