ok i tried my best to redo my First pic but theres not much you can do with the paint program Windows give you. i got rid of the pit background because it gave me too much trouble. comments?

Something I never understood about these Head rip spinal column fatalities, if they got their head ripped off with the sping attached, wouldn't the whole midscetion part of the body just kinda collapse on itself? Like whats holding it up?

I'll admit it's slightly better, but the idea is still lacking, and those ninja's facial expressions, still say that they are pleased with themselves for getting their heads ripped off.
One thing I do like however, is the blood on the ends of the spines. It's not excessive, and actually, it's quite good. But, sadly, that's it.

Good idea. Delete part of the spines so they look like they are going between Goro's fingers. Right now it looks like they are floating in mid air.

As for the expression, how can you tell, they're wearing masks?

In case you were wondering...I (think I) made that score go up. I gave you 5 dragons. I see lots of potential. The font for Goro Wins is a little..off. And..try not to make the ninjas all lay down the same way. Like, have some in different positions...a cool one could be: one would be having his hands where his head was, like, he was trying to keep his head from being pulled off. Anyway, it's cool, keep up the good work.

Don't even start with that "All I have is MSpaint so.." line. You may have to work harder, but I have seen ALOT better than that from Paint. This is very boring and uninteresting to me. The expression in their eyes is what was meant. They look pretty peaceful looking to me. My suggestion is for you to try harder, there are plenty of things that you can do with Paint.

Yeah, I use MSpaint too but mine turn out decent. The idea isn't bad at all. You just gotta tweak it a little. This one is a little better then the last but try some more things with it. Like changing the expressions on their faces by switching the original eyes with surprised eyes. Or maybe some sprite editing on goro so that there is more to look at. You should also try thinking of something that would make the background different. This way, the fake becomes more of your own and less of a copy and paste. keep trying.

He didn't give anything like "All I have is MSpaint so.."

From what I saw, he said something like "there is not much you can do with the paint program windows gives you". He didn't say anything about him using Paint or Paint not being good.

And where did you guys come up with this whole "expression" thing anyways?

Same thing. He was using Paint as an excuse, and its no excuse, you can do more than a couple of simple things and copy/paste. The 'expression' thing is simple. Think about it, if some 4-armed shokan pulled your head of, would you still be looking straight ahead like you are having the best day of your life?

The heads were taken from the characters' win poses, so they look quite smug and happy that they have won the battle, which would be fine, but in this picture, their heads are detatched from their body.

It's the facial expression, they should look surprised as opposed to pleased.
There are other sprites that have their faces a little more surprised, like when they are being tripped up by a sweep for instance.
Or he could have changed them by adding a reasonably (and very small) dark line make it look as if their eyes are closed, or make the eyes slightly larger.

It just makes it look a bit more realistic.

The MS Paint expression is no myth, it's true. Hell, I've used it plenty of times. But the truth is, that Paint can indeed do ALOT more than this.

Anyway, back to the fake at hand....
Bad things:
How can the timer be 99? Did Goro somehow kill all four ninjas in half a second?
Shouldn't there be victory marks under Goro's lifebar?
Scorpion's head is still really badly cut out.
The ninjas look happy.
It's an MKII Sub-Zero head and the corpse of an UMK3 Sub-Zero. Wrong.
The GORO WINS font...it's just....wrong.
The idea, it's old and unoriginal.
Good things:
The blood on the spines. Seriously, it's great. It's not too much, and u pulled it off quite well!
You made Goro's lifebar half empty, that's good attention to detail.

I give it a 2.5/5

i like it,next time save it as GIF instead of bmp or jpg.then it wont be to blurry.i dont have nothing against copy and pasters.

no im a save and paste i save so i wont have to keep going back and fourth to the website.besides it all depends on how original the pic is i dont take fakes serious there just for fun

But when you save them, to use them you have to copy them from the saved file, don't you?

Ok yeah, but the meaning of "Copy and Paste" doesn't always literally mean that you have to copy something for it to be a copy and paste fake.
Slapping things on a background and pasting from a file is the same thing as copying it and pasting it.
