I absolutely love the concept... INCLUDING the weapon!!!! It'd be even cooler if that blade spun....
I really like how u addapted his look... it makes him really fit in the Deception era... if Raiden hadn't come back... then this is how I would have wanted Fujin

Looks pretty good, but that staff is a little too "tehno-fabulous". :)

oopss... i forgot to mention... the weapon is actually a "whip" that can be shortened into a short "spear"

Hehee... it's true.. but it's pretty fitting for Fujin... considering he had an energy crossbowwow

Wow, great concept! Fujin was my personal fav new guy on MK4, so i was kinda bias towards this pic tongue
But seriously this one is way better that ur last one. The concept for his weapon was good too. 5/5
