Keep in mind this was made in February 1998. My aim was to recreate the battle mentioned in MKII's intro: "Baraka led the attack against Liu Kang's Shaolin Temple."

These MKM:SZ sprites were posted on the official MK Mythologies website back in 1997/1998 :D I seriously doubt there was some way that we could have ripped any others back then!

Funny how Mods get much higher scores from the community with copy and paste jobs... Everyone hates this type of work, except when it comes from, ohh say, a moderator... pathetic. I give it a 1/5... sheep

In his quest to blast "ass-kissers", he totally missed the part where I said this was made back in February of 1998. This was way ahead of its time back then and is being posted here for nostalgia's sake.

A little friendly advice, don't post on a thread without reading the comments, it'll make you look like a n00b. (Especially when you have under 200 visits.)

All these internet nerds need to stop using words like "n00b."
Second, the fact that it was made in 1998 really makes no difference, all your work is cut and paste. Besides, there are a few members here that only need paint to put together interesting stuff. Don't cop out with lame excuses. The job is mediocre and people give high ratings because you are a mod here. Don't try to overlook that fact.

And about my visits, I-Don't-Care. I have better things to do than to stay here forever, I do appreciate the fanart though. That's the only reason I come here, I'm not trying to impress anyone by having 5000 visits and proving I have no life.

Uh... I never said anything about Paint. I really don't know where you got that from, since no one else did either. I can also assume that you're posting without really reading... Again. And what you do read, you don't seem to comprehend. My point about your visits wasn't to put you on the defensive so you can start lashing out at everyone with a higher visit count than you, it was to point out that you seem to be commenting on a situation here on the forums that you have very little knowledge about. That, coupled with the fact that you don't seem to read the posts before you reply to them, make you end up looking very ignorant every time you post.

Well, what I think I am seeing here is a lot of people who weren't around in 1996-8 when the fakes that were being made were supposed to be for fun and they were supposed to be more realistic to the games. All that means is that ]{ didn't have to edit them because he probably wanted it to look like it could have been in a Mortal Kombat game. If he didn't see it that way, oh well, my mistake, but some of you people need to realize that the way fakes have been made has changed in the last 7 to 8 years. Wee, people have visit counters....big deal.

PS. If people think I am kissing ass, I could care less. Because it would be hard to be an ass kisser when I don't like (or agree) with some mods on this site.
