The Sub-Zero match turned out great! The Drahmin was good too although I would have liked to have seen that third round...Kenshi didn't seem like a particularly great match...

Hey Konqrr...next time you add a vid to your server, can you put in a zip file and compress it? Because It takes me from 40 mins to 1hr to download your match movies, and I'm a 56k user, so my net is really slow.

i enjoyed the vids, tight play by Rayrokka.
however, it was painful to watch Trocki's Scorpion; he didn't play him properly...it also looked like he was nervous or something?? lots of stuff he missed; especially in the kenshi matches...

he's a good friend of mine, perhaps his tentative playstyle is because no matter what he does he knows he will lose?

In the tapes that I will send to Konqrr, there are actually a bunch of matches that he wins...the ass whoopins he got gave him incentive to practice.

The Mr. Schpfmut footage is much more competetive. Mr. Schpfmut actually uses different characters and even went random with me a few times.

Due to the sheer amount of matches I have at my disposal, I will now be weeding out the lesser matches as they take about 2 hours each to make.

It wouldn't make any difference if I zipped them up because they are compressed as much as they can be (I could go less, but the picture quality would suck royally) and it will still take you a long time to download...sorry for all you dial-uppers

If you are getting incomplete matches, then there is a good chance that you are visiting my website as I am uploading the movies. I recommend refreshing your screen. And these first matches are played on the X-box and you all know about those damn Sega controllers. LOL

Ray, you seen to eat alot of low attacks in the first matches. (haven't watched past the first 8 or so yet)

Just an observation

yeah, I do eat them.I played about 35 matches that night. So you will see me get warmed up, because I won thirty straight after that one loss. When Trocki beat me I told him, "I'm not losing another match tonight." I kept winning till he quit thirty matches later.

Hi attacks are done more often and have the highest penalty. I would rather eat a sweep than a full branch combo.
< br> I also like to lull my opponents into thinking they can attack low, then block or counter. It fucks them every time.
for example: IN the Kenshi match after Trocki flawlessed me. My second win was because I blocked low at a crucial moment, returned serve for big damage and tempo advantage. He was going to win that round. But I lured him into attacking low. that third round Drahmin was pretty damn disgusting! I locked the whole round up.

o.k.i did'nt read the post's.but after watching those vids i would have to say that "scorpion" or "troki" (whateva) does'nt know how to play that well,so i am not impressed with your play at all.i would give you a much better fight than that with scorp.you talk a big game ray,but i don't see it.I AM NOT FLAMING ANYONE!thats my opinion!

I'm sure you would be a good challenge if you played scorpion cory lee. The whole point of Scorpion is so that anybody can play and be effective with Scorpion.

However, these videos are to show what strategy I use when I play someone. There will be footage of Mr. Schpfmut, and in my opinion he is good. He placed with me in the finals of both EB MKDA tournaments.

In the videos that Konqrr showed, I won my matches with tempo, and reading my opponents next moves etc. Trocki had very little chance against what I was doing. It's called the "Fly Trap" for a reason. The other instance was in the Kenshi match: where I sacrificed a round to set Trocki up for his next two losses.

Sub was all tempo and maintaing priority, while sidestepping everything...
