MK3 for Windows

I've been playing MK3 recently and realised that the box said DOS/windows version. But my copy of MK3 only works under DOS (crashes under windows at fighter screen), it seems there is supposed to be a MK3W.exe file. I don't seem to have this? Can someone help me out? a copy of this file or a reason why it's not on my copy?? (i'm getting sick of exiting to DOS all the time just to play MK)

You're lucky you can play it at all. My MK3 keeps telling me the cd isn't in the cdrom and thus won't run, even though the cd is infact in teh cdrom.

A friend of mine had PC MK3 and it ran in Dos and Windows 95, but not 98 or 2K and I assume not XP. Not sure why, but it was annoying because we all got new computers and went to try it out on our better comps and it didn't run.
